Terms of Use
Last updated
Plain terms for a brochure site. By using zubairriaz.com you agree to the few things that follow.
1. Use of this site
You are welcome to browse, read, share, and link to anything on this site. What we ask, in return, is that you do not scrape pages at high volume, do not republish video content without permission, and do not impersonate Zubair Riaz or the production.
2. Video content ownership
All films published on YouTube and elsewhere remain the copyright of Zubair Riaz. Fair-use principles apply: short clips for commentary, criticism, news, scholarship, and teaching are welcome and need no permission.
For longer extracts, reposts, or commercial reuse, the official YouTube embed is the cleanest path — it credits the channel, keeps the chain of custody intact, and costs you nothing.
3. Trademarks
The marks "Zubair Riaz", "Qur'an ka Safar", "Hijrat Ka Safar", "Hajj Ka Safar", "Badr Ka Safar", "Darul Hijra Series", and "Madina Life Vlogs" are used in commerce to identify the production. They are not free to use in your own brand materials, merchandise, video titles, or domain names without written permission.
4. Sponsorship inquiries
Submitting a brief, deck, or pitch through the contact form does not create a contract or any commitment on either side. Engagements are confirmed in writing — usually a signed statement of work — after a conversation that establishes fit, fee, and scope.
5. Disclaimers
Educational content on this site and across the films is provided in good faith and reflects the production's research and lived experience. It is not religious legal advice. For matters of fiqh — practical rulings on ritual, finance, family — please consult a qualified scholar in your madhhab and jurisdiction.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zubair Riaz disclaims liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its contents.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be settled by correspondence will be heard in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia.
