We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. We use minimal analytics to understand which films resonate — nothing more.
1. What we collect
When you email Zubair Riaz at business@zubairriaz.com, we receive whatever you put in that message — your name, your email address, and the contents of your note. When you submit the contact form on this site, the same applies: only the fields you fill in.
This site does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. The brochure pages themselves set no cookies you have to think about.
2. How we use it
We use your message to reply to your message. That's the whole loop. We do not add inquiries to a marketing list. We do not rent, sell, or syndicate addresses to anyone, for any purpose.
If you send a sponsorship brief and we move forward, your contact details become part of the project file for that engagement. If we don't move forward, the thread sits in a mailbox and is deleted on request.
3. Third-party services
The films live on YouTube. When you click play on an embedded video, YouTube — a Google service — may set cookies and collect data about you under Google's privacy policy. Until you click, the embeds load only a thumbnail.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and WhatsApp take you to those platforms. Once you arrive there, their privacy policies govern what they collect — we have no visibility into or control over that.
4. Your rights
Write to us at business@zubairriaz.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We aim to respond within a working week. There is no charge.
5. International data
Inquiries reach a mailbox managed from Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Recipients abide by Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where applicable. Where the GDPR (European Union) or the UK GDPR apply to a request, we accommodate those rights on the same terms.
6. Children
This site and its films are not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged in a short note here for at least thirty days.
